How to Move Forward Without Burning Out

Women aren’t unmotivated, or failing to cope, they’re exhausted from carrying too much for too long.

Between work, family, emotional labour and the invisible mental load, burnout has become the norm rather than the exception.

This practical and reflective workshop is designed to help you pause, recalibrate, and take back control of your energy without guilt, overwhelm or unrealistic expectations.

You’ll explore why burnout happens, where your energy is leaking and what you can realistically change right now. Using simple, proven tools, you’ll learn how to respond differently to pressure, set healthier boundaries and build resilience in a way that actually fits your life.

This is not about fixing everything.
It’s about making small, intentional changes that create lasting relief and momentum.

By the end of this workshop, you will:

  • Understand why burnout is so common for women and why it’s not a personal failure

  • Identify the one “hat” you wear that is draining you the most

  • Learn where you’re spending energy on things outside your control and how to reclaim it

  • Complete the Circle of Influence exercise to separate concerns, influence, and control

  • Gain practical tools to reduce overwhelm, manage stress and reset your nervous system

  • Learn how to create simple boundaries that protect your time, energy and focus

  • Discover how small, consistent changes lead to sustainable wellbeing

  • Walk away with one clear, realistic action you can implement immediately
