Woman jumping across crevice

A 20 MINUTE PRE-RECORDED WORKSHOP

The FUTURE PACING FRAMEWORK™

A free 20-minute workshop that turns the life you want in five years into one thing you can do in the next ninety days.

Why women stall

By the time a woman reaches this point, she usually isn't short on awareness. She knows something's off. She could name the area if you asked her.

What stops her is scale. She starts thinking about her career and her relationship and her finances and her health and her sense of purpose, all at the same time, and the weight of it is so overwhelming that she does nothing.

Or she makes a reactive decision. Quits the job, ends the relationship, moves cities, without the internal work to back it up. Six months later she's in a different setting with the same feelings.

Real reinvention isn't dramatic. It's deliberate. And it starts with one thing at a time.

What we do in twenty minutes

Future Pacing works backwards. Instead of asking what you want your whole life to look like, which is paralysing, we ask four questions in sequence and let each one narrow the next.

Five years out — who am I becoming?
Where are you waking up? What does your energy feel like? What kind of work are you doing? Who are you surrounded by? How do you feel in your body?

Three years out — what needs to exist?
What must be different by then. What shifts need to begin. What boundaries need strengthening. What opportunities you'll need to say yes to.

One year out — what must shift?
Your single focus. What you're prioritising above everything else. What you're releasing. Your theme for the year.

Ninety days — what's your first step?
The one concrete action that signals, to yourself, that you've chosen differently.

What you'll walk away with

One word for the woman you're becoming.
One thing that has to change this year.
One action you'll take in the next ninety days, with a date on it.

That's it. That's the whole point.

Sign saying life is your creation

Who this is for

Women in the second chapter. Capable, high-functioning, and quietly aware that the life you've built no longer fits the way it used to.

It isn't a motivational talk. I'm not going to send you home on a high that fades by Tuesday. And it isn't about blowing up your life. You don't need to quit anything or start from scratch.

You're not broken. You've outgrown the version of yourself that built this chapter.

The practical part

It's free and it's twenty minutes. You can start the moment you finish reading this, no date, no waiting room. There's a worksheet to fill in as you go, and you can pause whenever you need to.

Come back to it as often as you like. Each time you revisit it, you'll find the answers have sharpened.

Twenty minutes. Four questions. One next step.

Hi THERE I’M ANDREA

By the time I reached my own second chapter, I had rebuilt my life from the ground up. I knew what it felt like to carry everything, to keep functioning while something inside quietly stopped fitting.

I also know what it feels like when that changes. When you stop performing the old version of yourself and start choosing the next one, deliberately.

That's what this workshop is built on. Not theory. Experience.

I've spent years helping women across Australia and the UK do the same work.

Women who are capable, high-achieving and quietly exhausted by a life that looks right on paper but doesn't feel right anymore.

This is where that changes.
