Currently, $360 Billion per year is needed to achieve gender equality and women’s empowerment across key global goals, including poverty and hunger.

As of October 2024, there are 29 countries where 30 women serve as Heads of State and/or Government.

At the current rate, gender equality in the highest positions of power will not be reached for another 130 years.

Why Step into Leadership ?

Despite progress in gender equality, women remain underrepresented in leadership roles globally, especially in traditionally male-dominated industries such as tech, finance, and manufacturing. According to recent reports, only about 30% of leadership roles globally are held by women. Gender biases, lack of flexible work environments, and systemic challenges like inadequate support for life events (e.g., maternity leave and menopause) often hinder women's career advancement.

This program is built on the principle that empowering more women to take on leadership positions leads to better decision-making and stronger outcomes for businesses and society. The content addresses both the internal challenges women face—such as self-acceptance and confidence barriers—and external factors, such as organizational culture and societal expectations.

This leadership development program is designed for aspiring female leaders and young female managers seeking to step into leadership roles, particularly in male-dominated sectors.

It aligns with SDG Goal 5 (Gender Equality) and aims to accelerate gender balance in leadership positions. You will be equipped with the tools to lead confidently, authentically, and unapologetically, while challenging stereotypes and building resilience to advocate for ourselves and each other.
